This is literally Stacy, the baddie with a bean bag that you and ur cuddle buddy can chill in, no matter what world you are in, you can make it bigger or smaller, (also works with the boobs) she also has a huge cake that moves amazingly as you can see on the GIF.

The quest version only has what you can see in the picture, it can spawn in the bean bag, and has heart trails aswell on the right finger, but does not have the head pat hearts
