you are not allowed to include the FBX file of the asset in the unity package by itself, it has to be apart of a finished avatar
you are not allowed to resell the asset in any shape or form, is only to be used on finished avatars which can then be sold commercially.

If you join the server to get the code for it then you can't join, get the code, and leave the server.
